Experience

Aline Gutierres is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP), and has experience in Contracts, Compliance, Data Protection, and Civil Litigation. Her expertise includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing strategic legal advice in both extrajudicial and judicial matters.

She also has experience in the review and implementation of compliance programs, advising on alignment with regulatory standards and corporate governance best practices. Additionally, she has experience in supporting license compliance programs, guiding software development companies in strategies to safeguard intellectual property rights and ensure proper licensing practices.

Aline has a law Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie/SP since 2016 and holds a postgraduation degree in Contract Law, from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP, completed in March 2022. She has further enhanced her skills with an extension course in Strategic Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Insper/SP.
