Andrea Lerner is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association and partner of Ouro Preto Advogados. Andrea provides legal services in intellectual property law for over 18 years, after graduated in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes of Rio de Janeiro in 2003. Andrea completed advanced level extension courses on Trademarks and Technology Transfer in 2013 and 2021, respectively, offered by the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents – ABAPI. She is the coordinator of the Committee for Sports Studies and Electronic Games at of the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property – ABPI.
