Experience
Fernanda Sampaio is admitted to the Bar Association OAB/RJ, with practice in the Intellectual Property field. Her expertise mostly resides in the areas of extrajudicial and judicial Intellectual Property litigation, including a broad scope of issues, such as trademarks, trade-dress, patents, industrial designs, domain names, internet-related disputes, false advertising, copyrights, and unfair competition, as well as civil procedural law. Her skills also include strategic counseling and procedural practice on intellectual property matters before Courts.
Fernanda earned her Law degree from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – UERJ in 2022 and has been working with intellectual property since 2020.
