Cinara Romanelli is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the Intellectual Property area. She has solid knowledge in the legal and administrative management of Intellectual Property for customers in various segments with an emphasis on trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, unfair competition, and fashion law.

Her activities include trademark prosecution in Brazil, aiming at obtaining and protecting the intellectual property rights of her clients. Cinara has also extensive experience in providing legal opinions and extrajudicial actions for the validation of these intellectual property rights, and for the protection against infringement acts by third Parties.

Cinara Romanelli earned her Law Degree from Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro PUC/RJ in 2002, having improved her studies with extension courses in “Intellectual Property Law” from Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC/RJ; “Corporate Law” and “Strategic business management focused on Fashion”, both from Getúlio Vargas Foundation – FGV/RJ.

She also attended to other courses such as “General Course on Intellectual Property” from Wipo Academy; “Madrid Protocol Practices and Opportunities in the second year in force in Brazil” from the Brazilian Industrial Property Association ABAPI and “Media and Entertainment Law” from Escola da Magistratura do Rio de Janeiro – EMERJ, Course on Trademarks and Patents in the Pharmaceutical Industry – Associação Brasileira dos Agentes da Propriedade Industrial – ABAPI.
