Marina Pires is an attorney admitted to the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP), with extensive in data protection, digital law, compliance, contracts, consumer law, and constitutional law.
She has expertise in advising clients across various sectors, including technology, transportation (both road and rail), insurance, financial markets, oil and gas, among other industries and retail segments.
Currently, Marina leads projects in the Data Protection practice, where she has been active for over 5 years. She was a member of a data protection study group within an international association in the urban mobility sector and is currently part of working groups on data protection and artificial intelligence within the Brazilian Software Association (ABES).
Marina holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC-SP and a postgraduate degree in Data Protection and Digital Law from the Brazilian Institute for Development and Research (IDP). Additionally, she participated in the Individualized Curriculum Program in Law at the University of Salamanca in Spain (USAL).
