Eduardo Miceli

Experience

Eduardo Miceli is admitted to the Bar Association OAB/RJ and has experience in all fields within Intellectual Property, with emphasis in copyright, entertainment law, trademarks, trade dress, unfair trade practices and unfair competition, domain names and international intellectual property.

Eduardo has experience with research in groundbreaking and complex intellectual property issues, drafting of legal opinions and cease-and-desist letters, while also being active in strategic counseling and intellectual property litigation. He is also a contributor to the intellectual property academic circle, having published various essays in well-known and renowned journals in Brazil, while also being a participant in conferences. Eduardo has been invited more than once as a guest lecturer in the prestigious Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro Intellectual Property specialization course.

Eduardo earned his Law degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro PUC/RJ in 2016 and specialized in Intellectual Property in his alma mater in 2019. He finished his LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology at American University Washington College of Law, in Washington DC, in 2022, as an Arcadia Fellow and researcher for the Program of Information Justice and Intellectual Property.
